Metro Professional Cleaning

By booking a service with Metro Professional Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Service Agreement
Metro Professional Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the details provided at the time of booking. By confirming an appointment, you agree to allow our team access to the property at the scheduled service time.

2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed electronically. A valid card must be saved on file prior to your scheduled service. Payment may be held before your appointment and will be charged after the completion of service.

3. Pricing Adjustments
All quotes are based on the information provided during booking. Final pricing may change depending on the actual condition, size, or scope of work required upon arrival.

4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours after the service. We will make reasonable efforts to return and re-clean the area at no additional cost.

7. Liability
Freshly Elite Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured. Clients are advised to secure valuable or fragile items prior to service.
